Wootware #BlackFriday & in General

5 stars on prices in general. 5 stars on starting #BlackFriday early, on 28th at 19h00. 5 stars for processing my pre-order so quick outside business hours. But, the shortcomings they have are: 1. Listing out-of-stock items that they have no intention of restocking (i.e. products unavailable longer than a month). Remember if they order more, they can re-enter it into the database. 2. Lack of foresight. Tied with above, an item I wanted went out of stock in just 2.5 days. No "limited stock" warning. They need to remedy this, but moreover, when products are selling quickly, they need the foresight to order more. 3. Like so many others, Wootware had a very poor, very limited selection of #BlackFriday specials.

The above two negatives lose them a star. Sorry guys, I love your customer experience for all but this.
