Wootware 10/10

First purchase from wootware was a graphics card that was DOA at no fault of theirs. (powercolor brand was the issue)<br> <br> Powercolor had no stock of that card anymore and refused to replace it.<br> Wootware offered me a full refund but Chris at wootware managed to organize me the same card, but from a different brand. (even though all of the nano cards are just reference with different stickers)<br> <br> Chris really helped me out and kept me updated of the situation.<br> <br> Since then I've made several orders from them for all sorts of components and not had any issues.<br> <br> I'd highly recommend buying from wootware because of the support they give, as well as the fast turnaround time for orders, as well as their prices.<br> Whoever packs the deliveries also does a great job with the bubble-wrap. No way anything can get damaged in transit (both fastway and dawn-wing always get stuff to me on time and undamaged to JHB)
