Warranty Laptop - Replacement or Refund Issues

I have had a Alien Laptop for 3 years with a 3 year warranty which is current, until July 2016.<br> <br> During Laptop issues of repair, it was eventually decided by Dell to return the machine for Refund or Replacement. <br> <br> The Reseller refuses to follow process, it seems. <br> Its been 15 days since any solution has been mentioned, but to discuss this issue with their reseller, and them with their reseller, and them with their reseller, etc...<br> <br> I purchased the machine from Wootware.<br> I need the refundurgently, or a simi**** machine.<br> <br> This machine was used as business tool. <br> And im losing income.
