Support on Hardware not even bought from them

I just got off the phone with Chris who was so helpful, I'd just like to send my thanks to him.<br> <br> I bought my MSI R9 290X Lightning from Evetech but could not get hold of their support staff. I thought to give Wootware a call, maybe they have heard of the issue I am having. Chris had a few suggestions, and then asked for my serial number to contact suppliers and find out where my card was bought. Chris phoned me back within 30 minutes with an answer.<br> <br> It's shocking that the support I receive from a retailer I didn't even buy from are more willing to assist me than the actual retailer, who has a really bad attitude, Evetech support wasn't even willing to assist me at all. Chri spoke to the guys at Corex and he advised that I'd be able to take my card directly to the supplier where as the guys at Evetech told me the supplier won't assist, that my only option is to go through them (Evetech) directly
