Superb service

The short version of the story is that I bought a laptop that was defective, as was its replacement. Third time being the charm (and possibly having changed to another brand), I finally have a working laptop.<br> <br> For various reasons, this process ran over several months and involved quite a bit of back and forth. Throughout it all, Chris and his colleagues were extremely courteous and helpful.<br> <br> Given the nature of the hardware business, buying from a non-brick and mortar store has always felt a bit like a dice-roll, but Wootware have absolutely convinced me otherwise. I cannot recommend them strongly enough.
