Stellar Support

<p>I've ordered a RX480 8Gb in 2016 and a Biostar B350GTN recently from Wootware's Online store - both were very good prices and was delivered within 3 days.</p> <p> </p> <p>Unfortunately I had to return my B350GTN as it had stopped working after I connecte an M.2 drive.</p> <p>The support on the phone line was friendly and gave good technical advice.</p> <p>The support crew was friendly in the emails and went above and beyond in my opinion:<br />- They sent a courier to collect the motherboard and take it to Somerset West</p> <p>- They tested it and confirmed it wasn't working</p> <p>- They offerered to replace or refund me</p> <p>- Upon my request they tested the new motherboard with an M.2 drive and gave feedback</p> <p>- They sent a courier again to deliver to me in Pretoria</p>
