Simply great service!

I had a problem installing RAM that I've purchased. The RAM was not the right specs for my PC which caused my harddrive to give problems unable for my PC to be turned on. Which was technically my problem.<br> <br> Unable to help myself further I e-mailed Wootware and arranged to take my PC to them. They've simply replaced the RAM and tested my PC for me. They have been fast and their technicians communicated well with me via email to sort out the problem.<br> <br> They sorted it out and gave me good feedback and gave me credit on the price and labour difference.<br> Thanks!
