I made use of the chat function on the Wootware website and received an immediate response. Having received confirmation that the router met my needs, I then placed the order late Monday morning and was delighted to receive the router Tuesday afternoon. Granted, I live in the same city as their warehouse. Given the apathetic responses from many call centres, it is refreshing to have a retailer properly do the job. Happy with their service and would recommend them.
