Prices are good, website is bad

Service from Wootware itself is acceptable, but their use of Dawn Wing couriers would make me think twice about ordering from them.

Things that would improve service; - Show stock availability on your website. I know that you have the information because when I order something out of stock I immediately recieve an automated emailing saying there are stock issues. - Show that invoices are paid when they are paid - Provide tracking numbers via your website, I shouldn't have to call you to get the tracking number. - Your website's live chat is not live chat.
