Over promise under deliver
Placed an order and was promised delivery in 2 days, 6 days later still waiting

On inspection it does seem like we dropped the ball here. Delivery was arranged directly with our supplier scheduled for Friday the 4th - this schedule was missed. We can see that you emailed customer support on Friday which was only responded to today, this is not in line with our service standards and will be addressed with the relevant department.
We have confirmed directly with the supplier that delivery will be today, and will be refunding your shipping in full.
Apologies for the late delivery - we'll be addressing this directly with the supplier to ensure this doesn't happen again in future.
