Non existent to no customer support when things go wrong

Customer support for Wootware is non existent. They hide behind emails and forms provided on the website.

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address, yes it was an oversight on my part, but my previous deliveries went to the correct address.

The point I am trying to make, that after filling in all the forms, I have had no response or support from Wootware. Please advise if I am missing a line of communication with a person or is your business model profits first customers not to be heard?

Still waiting to get support whatever that might be.
