Just Awesome

I just need to mention that Wootware's service truly is great. I've had nothing but good service from them, unfortunately one of the couriers they use kept dropping the ball. I contacted them about the courier being late with a second order and this time even delivering to the wrong place. I was 1st contacted by Richard who informed me that they will be addressing the issue with the courier, was later contacted by Jaco who assured me that they will be updating their courier options and presented me with a gift card to use in their online store for the inconvenience. Even tough Wootware had no control over what the courier did, they still took responsibility and rectified the matter. Well done guys, will continue shopping at Woot!
