Hope for the PC Part Retail Sector

I have reopened an ancient account here to write this review, that is how much Wootware has impressed me.

I have purchased a new home, and move tomorrow ( 1st July ) I noticed their 3080 ti prices on the 24th June and half halfheartedly began asking whether they could deliver it before today, (30 June) they kept in contact, assured me they'd push for the delivery to make it on time. I went ahead and made the purchase, even though i was still a little concerned, based on experiences with other PC component retailers, but low and behold not only did they follow through on their promise, I received the order on Monday the 27th of June.

The Wootware staff acted with the utmost patience, and consideration to my questions. Their client-centric support has left me surprised in the best possible way, and given me hope regarding the business sector's customer support structure.
