Great experience

Consistant service and assistance from beginning till end of order, had a few orders and the case in each order.

In one of those orders i checked my account and saw that the order was still in progress, when I called to find out why they said they're waiting for one item, the representitive told me that they'll ship what they already have and ship the other part when it arrives, great extra mile.. Was always kept up to date on where my order was and the items was properly packed. Recieved items from all orders on time or in some cases a day ahead of schedule. And delivery cost not too bad, but would prefer if they can do a free delivery, especially if you spend R1000's.

But, some negative feedback: Some of the prices can be "looked" at.. I wanted to build a complete system and would've liked to order all parts from one place so I didn't have to work with multiple people/places if/when the need arrives, warrenty claims or pull invoices etc.. So I found the same items on other sites with better prices and asked if they could maybe adjust the prices a little so that I can only order from one site, they couldn't assist and they didn't even bother trying. Just got a no, its already on special, so why was other place's price lower? (would've been a 40k + order that they got)
