Great Customer Service!

This is the first time I've ordered from Wootware, and I have to say, they have gained a loyal customer. I ordered a product on Thursday 08/12, paid for the product that evening. Before 09:00AM that Friday, my order status was set to complete, and I received a message stating that my order will be dispatched on Monday 12/12 and I would receive it on Tuesday or Wednesday as I selected the Overnight Delivery option. Needless to say, my order was dispatched on the Friday and received it today (Monday 12/12)

There was constant communication throughout, friendly, might I add and everything was automated to make life easier for the consumer. Wootware sets the perfect example of under promise and over deliver with an incredibly easy ordering process.
