Good service, bad courier outsourcing

<p>Had a good experience with wootware, but a pathetic experience with the courier service the prescribe on there side.</p> <p> </p> <p>Little to no help from wootware themselves as they, just are ignoring the issue as they have already sold the product.</p> <p>I am expecting a good service from ordering the product to the delivery of the items. and so far the 1st half was great, but second half is lacking, for a total of a 3/5 experience</p>
