Good Service

I made my first purchase from Wootware this week. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the courier company and they went to the wrong address. I dropped Wootware an email and was very impressed when they called me back and mentioned they had contacted the courier to figure out what was going on. I received the package later that same day. Great service, thanks guys.
