Full marks for customer service!
A friend of mine who recently became a customer of Wootware recommended I purchase a new gaming laptop from them. They do not disappoint!
Wootware's prices are on-par with other South-African online PC retailers - I paid approximately the same amount for my laptop from them than I would have from somewhere like Evetech, but to be honest at this point I'm willing to pay more for the excellent customer service I got from Wootware.
Their payment options are well-communicated and their email responses are prompt and friendly - which is of course precisely the kind of customer service you need when deciding where to spend thousands on a single purchase... Especially when you never get to look anyone in the eyes beforehand. Long story short: You can trust these guys with your money.
My laptop arrived 1.5 days earlier than expected, very well packaged (with a little packet of gummies included for me to chew on while it updates :) and in mint condition. Suffice to say it took me 3 weeks to review because I've been trying and failing to tear myself away from my new laptop.
I'll definitely be purchasing from them again in future. Thanks Wootware!
