Fantastic service from Wootware - and I'm not even a client

I recently reached out to Wootware for a quote on a NAS. They gave me quotes and we started talking about my old NAS (see all my other complaints against FirstShop). Without purchasing or a guaranteed future purchase from Wootware, Gareth Sassman has gone out of his way and over and above what could be expected, to help me get to the bottom of my situation with FirstShop and QNAP, and it had absolutely nothing to do with him.

That is just fantastic service, that someone these days will go out of their way to render assistance with nothing guaranteed in return.

I thank Gareth from the bottom of my heart and I promise I will be a customer when it comes to it.
