Excellent service and helpful staff.
What actually prompted me to write this review was due to the absolute garbage service I received from Takealot when ordering an OLED tv. (I ended up getting what I suspect is a display model or 2nd hand tv with superficial damage on it)
This made me think about all the times I'd ordered tech from Wootware and got a flawless and new product like I would expect when paying a lot for hardware.
Wootware has always been incredibly efficient and fast with delivery and are my goto when ordering computer hardware. The support staff have also always been helpful and are more than happy to answer any questions I've had with regard to purchase decisions.
In fact they've even helped me return a product with an incredibly difficult supplier who they managed to win over. I'll be using you guys again this year upgrading to 15th gen intel.
