Customer service at its best when things goes wrong

I bought a GMKTec Nucbox M3 from wootware, that had an issue that it didnt want to start up if only one HDMI port was connected. It started up fine with both connected, or none. I sent a full description and videos to wootware, and the item was returned. Unfortunately Wootware tech support wasnt able to replicate the issue, but still is sending me a replacement. it would have been easy to pass the buck or make it my problem - they didnt.

Good customer system cannot really be experienced when everything goes right, but this is a perfect example of good customer service when things go wrong.
