Best support ever

I accidentally shipped an item to an old address in my address book. The Wootware team went into overdrive and provided assistance even though they did not have to as it was my mistake. They arranged for a courier to re-collect the parcel and ship it out to my correct address. I've never experienced this level of support from any company, so a massive thanks!
