I ordered a new case and once i had ordered it they emailed me to let me know that it was unfortunately out of stock. <br> <br> they then also proceeded to offer me an alternative instead of just leaving me with the problem<br> i wasn't however coerced into taking the alternative and when asking for a refund they were completely fine with it - no questions asked.<br> <br> they then also refunded my money within 3 minutes of me sending my details to them<br> i can in no way see where they could have done any better at supporting me as a customer.<br> this is how support should be done world wide.<br> i take my hat off to Dimitri and the rest of the team at Wootware.<br> <br> They will be my number one choice going forward. no questions asked.<br> <br>
