Amazing after sale service

I just want to thank these guys for their amazing service. I recently bought a pc mouse and there was an issue with the scrolling wheel. They were happy to get it send back for testing and after I explained what I found wrong they proceed with more testing on their side and found the same problem. They asked my permission to send it to their supplier to ask if the supplier will replace the mouse in which the supplier then did. Wootware then sent the mouse back to me and I am very happy with the replacement mouse.
