A Customer for Life

Was unsure about the monitor for my PS5, so i used their online chat service. From the answers and suggestions i received i could tell i was speaking to someone competent who understood tech.

I made the purchase on 17 December, the package was scheduled to arrive on the 23rd or 24th of December. Because its the holiday season my plans changed and i wasn’t sure if i would still be home on the days the package was scheduled to arrive. I sent Wootware a email explaining my situation and asking if the package could arrive sooner.

Today is the 19th. I received my package this morning.

The guy who spoke to me via their chat service and the guy who i spoke to in regards to getting my package delivered earlier is the same guy. His name is Gareth. And he is a legend.

I dont do reviews, i dont even like and comment on social media posts. But i had to do this one. Thank you Wootware.
