A business big national chains can learn from

I never write reviews. But after a bad experience with Clicks delivering subpar service, I thought why not praise the guys that actually do deliver good service, like WootWare.

I ordered several components from them a while back. SSD, HDD, RAM, etc. Some items were in stock, others had to be collected from suppliers. I thought the latter would prove a hitch and that some kind of delay would creep in somewhere. Everything arrived on time and in good working order.

Best of all, they kept me updated at every stage of the delivery process.

Another plus here is the effort they put in to confirm that I purchased the right RAM - not that they needed to, but that's really the extra mile.

Definitely a business the bigger retailers (looking at you, Clicks) can learn from.
