woowlworths credit card records

Good day

I am writing a review on my mother s behalf. She has Woolworths credit card and she has been paring for so long.The money doesn't seems to reduce and when she went to ask for her records they say they can only pull one month record. How is that so? She wants a year record to be able to see how far she is with the payments. Your assistance will be highly appreciated
