Woolworths sell inferior coffee!

I bought coffee beans with hard stones in the packet from Woolworths. It damaged my grinder. Obviously the quality is inferior. Woolworths have been sitting on my claim for 3 weeks & haven't had the decency to assist with the repair of my machine!
