supervisor that know nothing about customer servic

I went into wollies to settle my account I was assisted by a lady annete kwhinahi. she is as rude as they come . I asked for my settlement amount . she took my id came back and gladly announced it to the whole store that my account was handed over . I don't remember having witnesses when I opened my account I fail to understand why this specific person would announce my financial status to the whole store. she was acting all high and mighty forgetting that even thou my account has been handed over I am still a customer . I would like this addressed thank you . date is on the 1st of September time 12.50
