Refund for gift cards
Good day,
I would like to lay an complaint against woolworths. On the 24/04/2023 I ordered a gift for a friend online because of miscommunication I used her old address and only found out afterwards that she moved. I requested a refund from woolworths they then send me a gift voucher but I couldn't exchange all the vouchers I then reported the matter but didn't come to any conclusions. The gift vouchers is the ones below Dear Melony Paulsen Herewith your Woolies Gift Card *** for 190.00 Bin CVV 175 Please produce ID when collecting your card at any Woolies Store. Regards WW Online Dear Melony Paulsen Herewith your Woolies Gift Card *** for R200.00 Bin CVV 481 Please produce ID when collecting your card at any Woolies Store. Regards WW Online.
I'm very disappointed in woolworths driving up and down to the mall paying parking tickets all for nothing. This is uncalled for I've been struggling to get my refund for almost 2 months already. I spoke to someone in complaints department she said there were duplicate gift cards made out and she will come back to me. Because I thought she was going to come back to me I didn't take her name. Please assist with my refund of R390.00 and I would like to be compensated for my fuel and effort as well.

Good morning,Yesterday I went to the store again and they couldn't redeem my vouchers I'm very unhappy about the incompetence of woolworths. I've been driving up and down paying parking tickets but no assistance. I'm going to log this complain on Hello Peter I expected much better from woolworths I'm a honest person but now I'm being treated like I redeemed the vouchers somewhere that you guys don't know of. Can someone please take action on this matter. Thanks

Morning I went to south gate mall on Thursday tried to redeem the vouchers with no luck the store manager even refused to make a call to head office in assistance. I'm really disappointed in woolworths customer care south gate.
