<p>I feel like I've being *******. I've being a loyal customer for many years and have notice a change in your product. The paper roll starts off soft and as you unroll it it becomes rough,thin and not double ply. I expect only what is advertised on the package 2PLY SOFT. Please check you quality control as for the baby soft is not cheap and this problem has re-occurred more than once .</p>
