POOR SERVICE

The Woolworths Hyde Park Corner, the cafe specifically,for everything on the menu ,they say that they're out of stock. They also make you wait hours on end and 4 tables around us are complaining. This service is absolutely unacceptable. In other words everything was *******;the attitude of both the waitress and the manager of the cafe was both unhelpful and rude and the service was extremely slow and not worthy of any stars whatsoever. I hope that this will be addressed ASAP.
