My child has no school shoes because of Woolworths

<p>I bought school shoes at Woolworths in April just after the schools had opened.On monday the 13th of June i went back to the store to return the shkes <span style="font-family: 'Avenir W01';">because they were torn, mind you at that point in time My child had to wear takies at school which is not allowed. The response that i got was that they have to take the shoes to the head office befor they can refund me and that Will take 3 days or a week for them to get back to me. I am so ****ed and my child has no school shoes</span></p>
