Disappointed customer

I'm so disappointed at woolworths online, there service is pathetic. I order few items online on the 15th of May 2024, didn't received any communication from them whatsoever and today a lady is calling me saying my order was returned after numerous attempts to reach me. I asked her how come she's saying, I didn't put a contact details on my order but she is able to contact me? I'm never buying anything online and they should improve their service.
