Bad experience

Worse experience I’ve ever had at Woolworths. I was trying to buy chocolate ombré cake and all of them at display were not in good condition. When I got to the till I asked the teller who was assisting me to help me look for a better one. After he came back from the shelf he was also surprised that all of them where in the same bad condition. I waited 20 minutes and spoke to 3 managers who kept explaining the process instead of giving me a solution. I am extremely disappointed in the experience I received at Woolworths Fourways Mall
