Woolies Robbing Me With Loan Insurance For Loan Taken 8 years Ago

Hello I am being charged for insurance on a woolies loan taken out 8 years ago, I paid up my loan years ago, then closed the loan account in the Table View store, Now I have been charged for the past 4 months , I went into the Canal Walk store last month closed the loan account a SECOND time and requested a refund of the money I was charged, I got a call back from someone asking me for my bank statement but she never told me where to send this to and never Emailed me the details, now I am being charged again this month. This is completely unacceptable, This can not be this hard, please contact me back as I am very upset. You are *****ing from me for a service I don't have or even use.
