Pooor pooor poor service

My wife has made a purchase almost 2 weeks ago but still not delivered. The delivery date shows it should've been delivered days ago but still nothing we are still waiting and struggling to get answers when we call to follow up this service is very poor to say the least and on the woolworths app it shows delivered im very disappointed.
