Wrong Product / Item delivery 😩😩😩😩😩😡😡😡😡😡😡

I’m very disappointed and not happy with such customer service you provide , the guy by the name of John Mohapi came to deliver the wrong item item (6 pack of Milk) how does that error happens and I complained ages ago only to sent the wrong product instead of X2 900gram of sliced cheese . This is uncalled for .
