Tasneem Sheik went above and beyond for her company

I purchased 4 cases of milk at the end of March 2022 and the expiry date was far along however every sealed milk we opened was sour. I was heartbroken and upset as with the cost of living had to cough out more money to purchase more milk. I contacted their customer care and spoken to a very polite lady who listen and said she was sorry and a representative will contact me. I doubt her as she only took the batch numbers down and my contact number. After that we had floods however a very professional Tasneem Sheik was trying by all her means to contact me and deliver my 4 cases milk. The retail store refused to return the product as they called it a straight loss. TASNEEM went above and beyond to save her companies image and a customer, which she successfully did. Your company should reward and really value Tasneem Sheik. She walks in customers shoes and feels for us during these hard times. Thank you Tasneem and woodlands.
