Poor product and poor customer service

I purchased 5 cases of first choice milk for my aunts funeral and all 5 cases were off when we used to make dessert for the funeral. All my ingredients also was thrown away n I ran a loss an was wasted. I contacted Woodlands I spoke to Bridget however is very unprofessional and advised to send batch details however failed to respond to my emails. It seems like first choice has a bunch of unprofessional staff handling queries. If this matter is not resolved I'm moving a step forward.
