Great tasting milk, only disappointed twice.

I think First Choice is one of the best tasting milk available in Port Elizabeth. It's always my first choice. I was only disappointed twice. Once when the milk tasted funny, I called the head office and they advised that it was probably a bad batch. (No offer was made to replace it though) The second time is today, when I found a green plastic shred in the milk I poured out from a new box I just opened. Please, could I request First Choice to keep a higher standard of quality check. Thank you
