Great replacement service

I had purchased 2 6 packs of 1L full cream milk over a month ago. I had used the the first 6 pack and it was fine the second 6 pack had a chemically smell. It also gave the coffee and cereal a chemically taste. I then sent an email to Woodlands Diary and I received a mail back from Bridgette, who was more than willing to replace the milk for me. I was then contacted by a mam called Charmaine, who made arrangements to deliver the milk. I was not able to be home to collect the milk due to work so Charmaine was willing to drop off the milk at my work place. In the end she had dropped it off at my partners work place as I was never able to collect the milk.

She was replaced my 6 pack of milk with two 6 packs of milk which I am currently using at home and I have had no problems. I am very happy with this service. I truly appreciate that I did not have to fight just to have the product replaced .
