Extremely dissatisfied loyal customer

If its not expired goods then you simply just don't receive any goods what so ever. Terrible customer service, rotten/moldy goods received, waited more than a month for a paid order. This is just a few things I had to endure the last few months ordering from First choice. I have been a long time loyal customer, but I am fed up. The service use to excellent, the goods ordered online used to be fresh and excellent quality, the delivery was speedy.. the employees at first choice is single handedly ruining this company.
