Disgusting Service

For the last few months we have been ordering milk from First Choice, always with something extra, like their desert sauces.

Last month we bought a few boxes of milk and added the chocolate sauce aswell, but once it arrived the chocolate sauce was squashed leaking all over the main box it was in and over all the milk.

We had taken photos of it as we opened it and sent it to First Choice as it seems that the boxes were not handled with care, hoping that they would be kind enough to replace it as it was paid for!

To our surprise they had not even bothered to reply to the complaint and photos that were sent. As long as they received their money, they could not give a **** about their clients.

This would be the last time that we ordered anything from them. I would rather support a cheap brand than buy from these people again.
