ZERO accountability
Rented me a car with an expired permit. I was arrested and Woodford did not offer as much as an apology. I kept being told to expect a call from management that never came.

Trust you are well,
Kindly note there is no records of you calling in and letting us know when the incident had took place, only days later you sent an email to state what had happen.
Hence when you sent the email it was because you were over due and needed to return the vehicle in and you did not want to.
All our rental cars have emergency contact details for customers to contact us in situations like this so we can assist them straight away.
hence we have had this incident before and a customer called in straight away and a new vehicle was taken to them as the police will impound the vehicle.
As per law once the police saw the vehicle was rented and not yours you were not liable for it , they would of called us straight away and informed us they are impounding the vehicle and we would of made arrangements to get a new vehicle to you.
With regards to your arrest there is always documentation even if the police give you a ticket there is a document for it , however for many days we have been emailing you for the case number or arrest number to sort this query out.
Which you have not provided.
I do see you have a current rental with us which is why i find it so strange you feel this way about us.
