You can contact their MD directly

From collecting the car at OR Tambo to returning it, everything went smoothly. But then they errantly charged my credit with an additional "3rd party waiver" two days after returning the vehicle...

They never answered their phones once on any of the OR Tambo numbers on record, but customer support at least rep**** to emails promptly. Two weeks of email exchanges with them did not bring me any closer to resolving the issue.

Then I took them up on the disclaimer in their email: "If you feel that we have not kept to our promise, please feel free to contact our MD directly".

Within the day Jeanette Marriot was dispatched to the case, called to listen to my side of the story and resolved the issue before the sun set. The funds were returned to my credit card a couple of days later.
