Wrong Charges

Please take note and be aware of a car inspections at Woodford Car hire... my husband and I were too early for a flight back to JHB so we decided to hire a car to take a ride and do some sightseeing, I hired a car at the Woodford King Shaka branch, when we arrived at the car I assisted for an inspection on the vehicle and took note of all the scratches and bumps. My husband and I drove approximately 30km with the vehicle and then returned the vehicle again, the tenant and I inspected the vehicle on return and he even said thank you for filling up the petrol...... I have now been charged additional money for so-called damages to the bumper I believe. This is just not acceptable and I am soooo annoyed because I know that there is just no way that we have caused any damages to the vehicle and an inspection was done...... So what happens now! They will investigate and let me know! Yeah sure...... the money is already taken of my account and I will most probably wait months for a refund after their so called investigation!!!! This was the first and last time that I ever make use of the WOODFORD car hire service it is just not worth it and totally unacceptable.
