Wrong Car seats and Broken Cars

Was very disappointed with my recent hire at woodford. Ordered a car seat in advance and in addition to waiting they provided the wrong seat for a 5 year old. The so called upgrade car was also a dud - the gear lever came out!!!!!

Had to go to the Umhlanga branch to get it changed, then had to get a refund for the car seat because for some reason woodford has no idea about how car seats work.

Used them before but have never been dissapointed like this
