Would not recommend

I was first told that a car was available upon arriving. After filling out the booking and paying, I was then made to wait over 2 hours. Was promised a free upgrade for the inconvenience which was a lie. Returned the car on 12/12/2023, to date I still have not received my deposit back. After numerous emails and calls, even spent money to go to O.R Tambo and matter has not been resolved.
