Worst worst car service ever, I wish I never have booked with Woodford

Woodford committed ***** and this should be dealt with. Why should I suffer the consequences of their Mistake.

They gave my fully paid Booked rental car to someone else and decided to treat me as a walk in booking and charge me from scratch without paying my pre-booking money back. Money was deducted from my credit card without my knowledge and approval.
